Tangible condition

A test condition in a functional analysis that assesses for the socially mediated positive reinforcement (access to tangibles) function. In this condition, the assessor presents the client access to individualized preferred stimuli for a set period of time and then removes the stimuli. The item is returned for a predetermined amount of time following instances of the target behavior and then removed again.
