The Right to Effective Behavioral Treatment

A statement that was developed by the Association for Behavior Analysis International Task Force explaining their position on a client’s right to effective behavioral treatment as a set of guidelines to protect individuals from harm as a result of either the lack of or the inappropriate use of behavioral treatment.
