PTB does not calculate student pass rates due to individual confounding variables. Outcomes depend significantly on a variety of factors including a range of individual baselines, learning styles, capabilities, investment of time, among others.
PTB is committed to providing strategic tools and resources for success, but ultimately cannot account for, or regulate, the various factors that influence each person’s exam journey.
Since pass rate data relies on students’ self-reporting, respondents tend to be those who passed the exam. This can create the impression of a near-perfect pass rate, which PTB knows to be misleading.
