If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps you can take:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Look around your property (including porches, side doors, or garages) where the package might have been placed.
- Ask your building manager, neighbors, or front desk staff if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number as they may be able to provide more detailed delivery information.
