How to Add Your Course Calendar
Your personal calendar link adds all your sessions — including Zoom links — directly to your calendar app. Subscribe once and any updates will appear automatically on the next sync. No re-adding required.
Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar on desktop
- Click the + next to Other calendars in the left sidebar
- Select From URL
- Paste your calendar link and click Add calendar
Apple Calendar
- Open the Calendar app on your Mac or iPhone
- Mac: File → New Calendar Subscription
iPhone: tap Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar - Paste your calendar link and tap Subscribe
Outlook
- Open Outlook (desktop app or Outlook.com)
- Go to Calendar view
- Click Add calendar → From internet
- Paste your calendar link and click Import
Your calendar link is personal to your enrollment — please don’t share it. If a Zoom link or session time ever changes, your calendar will update automatically on its next sync. To force an immediate refresh: in Google Calendar, click the three-dot menu on the subscribed calendar and choose Refresh; in Apple Calendar, right-click the calendar and choose Refresh.
