Aurora Behavioral & Development Center
Founded on compassionate, evidence-based care, Aurora Behavioral & Development Center is a behavioral health agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families. Our programs include Early Intervention, Comprehensive Treatment Model, Focused Treatment Model, Early Learning Skills, and Individual or Group Parent Education.
We take pride in delivering highly individualized services through strong collaboration, family involvement, and data-driven practices. Services begin with a comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessment tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. Clinically recommended programming follows a collaborative three-tier model consisting of a Behavior Interventionist, Mid-Level Program Supervisor, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring consistent support, clinical oversight, and meaningful progress. In addition, all programs include ongoing parent education facilitated by a Master’s-level ABA specialist or BCBA to promote skill generalization and empower caregivers throughout the treatment process.

Endeavor Behavioral
Using individualized goals as a guide, Endeavor Behavioral applies reinforcement, modeling and prompting, rehearsal, and the modification of environmental variables to create meaningful and lasting changes in behavior. Whether the goals are potty training, social skills, self-care skills, communication, a stepping stone to an educational placement, or pre-vocational skills, Endeavor Behavioral can help. While the principles and procedures of ABA are established and proven, it is a still a growing field with new effective practices being developed every year. As authors of research ourselves, we understand the importance of staying current on these new developments in the field to ensure we are always providing the most effective and thoroughly-proven methods with each client we see. In addition to ABA, we work with LPCs and Clinical Psychologists to offer a behaviorally-based cognitive approach to learning and development for those working on social skills, coping skills, and reducing defiant or emotional behaviors that are interfering with development.
ERA Behavioral Solutions
ERA Behavioral Solutions Inc., offers a range of programs to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and any other neurological and developmental disabilities. Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) will be conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to identify and better understand the individual’s developmental and disability needs. Based on the assessment report an individualized program will be generated to support and to enhance the client’s development. The treatment approaches are implemented under the principals of ABA with supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®), which will be based on current research findings. ERA’s clinical team will collaborate in conjunction with school districts, health plans, regional centers, and other entities that are involved in clients support system. Providing In-Home Parent Training (IHPT) to help parents understand the needs of their loved one’s disability and assist more effectively with their child’s disability. On-going evaluations will be conducted to ensure that the techniques and the principals meet the client’s and the family’s needs.
