PTB ABA Study Manual: Per the sticker on the front of the shrink-wrapped packaging, Manuals are non-refundable once that shrink wrap is removed.
Returns are available for unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt and are subject to a restocking fee. Return requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and items should be returned in original packaging when possible. Items that are damaged during shipping and are no longer possible to be resold due to insufficient protective packaging will incur additional deductions from the refund. Priority mail shipping fees, if purchased, are also non-refundable.
For international returns, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Customs fees, if any, and shipping fees paid on international returns are non-refundable.
If you are returning a PTB ABA Exam Study Manual that was purchased as part of a bundle with the PTB Big Exam Prep Workshop, your return is subject to the same policies as above. Your refund will reflect the discounted price you received at purchase, minus a processing fee.
