Returns are available for unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Return requests must be submitted in writing to help@passthebigabaexam.com within 14 days of receipt. Returns and refunds on opened products are subject to approval and assessment of condition upon return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a processing fee will be deducted from all returns.
For international returns, please contact help@passthebigabaexam.com within 14 days of receipt. Customs fees on international returns are non-refundable.
If you are returning a PTB ABA Study Manual that was purchased as part of a bundle with a Workshop, your return is subject to the same policies as above. Your refund will reflect the discounted price you received at purchase, minus a processing fee.
