Preparing for the BCBA® exam takes focus, stamina, and a whole lot of brain power. It probably goes without saying that salmon, and other fatty fish, have a whole host of health benefits. But, salmon is especially great for your brain. It’s full of omega-3 fatty acids, which are crucial for cognitive development and function.

#2: Eggs

Your morning breakfast just might be key to helping you power through the rest of the day. The choline in egg yolks has been shown to improve verbal memory and reduce inflammation. Plus, eggs are a great source of vitamins B6 and B12, folate– nutrients that all play a vital role in brain health.

#3: Pumpkin Seeds
